These tacos were made with:
organic blue corn taco shells
organic black bean refried beans
White Wave organic extra firm tofu, frozen, then thawed to produce a crumbly texture, then seasoned with various spices, mostly from Native Seed Search
organic monterey jack cheese, sliced, not shredded (due to the fact that we didn’t have a shredder handy)
lettuce from a neighbor’s farm
organic sour cream
organic chipotle lime salsa
a squeeze of lime from my parent’s lime tree
